Welcome, I’m Amanda.
Discovering Yoga in 2018, I became fascinated and have decided to take my personal practice further by becoming a yoga teacher so I’d be able to share with you the benefits yoga can have for our bodies and minds.
The lessons I’m offering will be suitable for a range of abilities and individual needs. My yoga classes will focus on gentle and mindful mobility, stretching, and strengthening, a chance to work with our body whilst promoting calm and relaxation.
