For over 20 years I’ve worked in healthcare, supporting people through my career as a Dental Therapist. That experience has given me a deep appreciation of how everyday life, work and stress can affect the body.
My classes combine gentle movement, mindful breathing and anatomy-informed teaching to help you improve mobility, build strength and move with greater confidence.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, you’ll always be encouraged to work at your own pace. There is no pressure to achieve the “perfect pose”—only the opportunity to explore what feels right for your body today.
