At Reynolds Yoga, we warmly welcome everyone—whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your practice after a break. Our weekly classes are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable, providing a supportive environment where you can practice at your own pace. We focus on practical, adaptable techniques that meet you where you are, helping you cultivate balance, ease, and resilience both on and off the mat.

Our yoga sessions are not about touching your toes, or what the poses look like, they’re about how your body feels, and where your mind goes during your practice.

You will be encouraged to breathe and move with awareness, exploring your own body’s abilities whilst finding focus, calm, and clarity.

Building on mobility, flexibility, strength and mindfulness, you’ll leave our classes feeling renewed.

Each month we explore a new posture and flow, warming-up key muscles and joints, and cooling down with counter poses. We’ll also explore breathwork or pranayama practices, and relaxation or meditation to work not only on the physical elements of yoga, but also taking control of the central nervous system, to reduce stress.
