My yoga sessions are not about touching your toes, or what the poses look like, they’re about how your body feels, and where your mind goes during your practice.

You will be encouraged to breathe and move with awareness, exploring your own body’s abilities whilst finding focus, calm, and clarity.

Building mobility, flexibility, and strength you’ll leave my classes feeling renewed.
