Group Classes

Group classes will be available to book face to face as well as online. Limited spaces will be available for each session.

Payments must be made before the session starts.

Online classes will take place over Microsoft Teams. You will need access to a device with a camera that will need to be switched on throughout the class so I can ensure you are practicing safely.

1-2-1

If you’re interested in deepening your yoga practice, have any specific areas you’d like to work on, or would just prefer a private session then send me a message for more information CONTACT.

Available only to existing customers, 1-2-1 can be in the comfort of your own home in person or online.

Equipment

If you are familiar with yoga practice and have your own gear, please feel free to bring it to my classes. Don’t worry if you don’t have anything, I will provide yoga mats, blocks, and belts.

Bring along your own cushion and a blanket to find extra comfort and warmth if needed.

Clothing

Please ensure to wear comfortable clothing to my classes, something that you can move easily in and sit comfortably in.

Warm clothing likes jumpers, and thick socks could be nice during the relaxation sessions.

Medical Health

I will be sending out a medical questionnaire to all new students and will give a chance before the beginning of my classes for existing students to inform me of any changes to their health.

Please inform me of any long-term health conditions, pregnancy, or if you have given birth recently. Please also inform me if you have had surgery within the past 6-weeks.

If you do not complete a medical questionnaire, I may have a private discussion with you before my class starts.

If you choose to withhold any aspects about your health the responsibility of taking part in one of my yoga sessions is yours and I do not take liability for any injury that may occur.

Children

My yoga classes are for anyone aged 18 years or over as currently I have no further training in Paediatric Yoga.

Children (or adults) can not sit in or observe classes.

Right to Refuse

It is my right to refuse admittance to anyone attending my yoga classes.

If I do not think my sessions are suitable for you, I will always offer an alternative style of teaching where possible.

If you are late to one of my sessions and the class has already begun it is up to my discretion to allow entry or not so as not to disturb other students.

Refund and Cancellation

To cancel a session, I require a notice of 24 hours beforehand. You can request a full refund or re-book for a different session depending on space availability.

If you cancel within 24 hours, fail to attend a session or turn up late, it is up to my discretion if a refund will be given, or a different session booked.
